A Word or Two About Us, 1st Chinese

Established in May of 1994
1994 Our Store open like any other store, with food, vitamins, herbs, sport
supplements, homeopathic, and a juice bar. If we only knew what we had a
head of us. As in all things, we grew and started to change, big
changes.
In 1996 We revamped our store and started with only 75 Bulk Western
Herbs. Very basic herbs that our customers had been asking for such as
peppermint, lavender, valerian, allspice, etc
In 1997 Increased Western Herbs to 510 Quality Herbs. This
is where we knew we could offer our customers the absolute best quality at
an affordable price.
In 1999 Moved into Chinese Herbs
adding another 800 Herbs
In 2001 Up-graded our stock with Powder Concentrates
In 2002 Introduced our services as a Wholesale Distributor for
Manufactures, Doctors, Students, and Herbalists.
In 2003 We carry over 1500
different Chinese and Western Herbs in
Powder, Whole, Cut, Concentrate, and granule form. As for 2003.....Well we are geared up for the
wave of People who are taking Health into their own hands. Not waiting
until they are sick but who are using "Prevention" as their Motto. We
are situated in a unique community. We are 60 miles south of Seattle, 120
Miles North of Portland, so we are easy access for the two large
Naturopathic Schools.
In 2004 we lowered the
prices on 30% of our herbs, and increased by another 50 hard to
find herbs.
In 2005 we started with 20
certified organic herbs. Such as Anise, Peppermint, Burdock root, and
Comfrey Root. Added 30 more Chinese Formulas, and 50 more
Herbal Extracts.
In 2006 and
we have new ideas, including a new search mode,
web layout, Frequently Ask Questions Section, and a larger book
section.
By June we hope to have our two new product lines on the web.
In 2007 We changed our sister store DiscountNaturalHerbs.com
to Certified Organic Bulk Herbs, and Packaged teas. Added our Newsletter, and
Podcasting.
In 2008 The changes
never stops around here. Added Certified Organic essential oils to
DiscountNaturalHerbs. New Sale program called Brown Bag Sale,
where the prices are reduced drastically, for all items listed on the Brown
Bag Sale Page. New Hacker Free Website implemented. The
last bit of new information is, ebooks.
In 2009 We started our affiliate
program which
offers 15% commission on each order. We increased our cold and flu
lines. Added more bath salts, and increased our packaged
teas. Our Best seller for this year is turning out to be
our Reishi
Mushrooms, and not to
our surprise Source
Naturals Wellness Formulas.
One thing we would like to mention, is our free giveaway.
Every month we have a random drawing to win 5 items of your choose. As we
state on the page, we are determined to make life easier.
In 2010 We have added Twitter, EHow, and videos on Youtube.
Add 35 new bulk herbs, and 10 new teapills. Added
photos to the teapill pages.
