Package Size: At a final 10:1 concentration, 100 grams granules is equal to 1000 g of dried herb.

Dosage: Take 1.5 g each time, 1 to 2 times daily in accordance with TCM. One teaspoon (included with the shipment) measures about 1.5 g granules. The granules may be dissolved in hot water to serve as tea or mixed into yogurt.
