How to Use Fenugreek Seed

Fenugreek is a member of the legume family which includes beans and peas. It is often used in cooking but can also be put into capsules for easy consumption. Chemical constituents of fenugreek include arginine, beta-carotene, beta-sitosterol, coumarin, diosgenin, fiber, gamma-aminobutyric acid (gaba), kaempferol, luteolin, magnesium, manganese, niacin, potassium, pyridoxine, quercetin, riboflavin, rutin, sulfur, thiamine, trigonelline, and tryptophan. Try a mix of curry and fenugreek seed powder in your marinade for fish, lamb, chicken, or beef!

How to include Fenugreek Seeds in your diet  

1. Soak 1–2 tablespoons of seeds overnight and eat the seeds in the morning or drink as a tea.  

2. Take 1 tsp of Fenugreek powder twice a day before meals or at night with warm milk or water.
