Astragalus can help strengthen your body's defenses against winter bugs.  It's often used to strengthen the immune system, boost energy levels, and support the respiratory system. Huang Qin, Astragalus Root is commonly used in soups, teas, or as an ingredient in herbal formulations. Funny fact; The sliced astragalus root (Huang Qin) looks like a tongue depressor.
