Brewing Instructions for Ban Lan Geng 

The instructions state add one packet to 1 cup of hot boiling water. 
It is best not to microwave the water, but to bring the water to a full boil on the stove. 
Add the boiling hot water to the cup and stir the granules until dissolved.
Let cool to desired temperature and drink. For me personally when I use this tea,
I inhale the steam from the tea cup to help my nasal congestion.
I enjoy the fragrant aroma, well as the mug of hot tea warming my hands.
