How To Make A Refreshing Cup Of Mint Teamint-tea.png

Making mint tea is a refreshing and simple process that anyone can do. Nothing special is needed

1.  To start, gather a handful of fresh mint leaves from your garden or purchase them from a local market.

2.  Rinse the leaves under cool water to remove any dirt or impurities.

3.  Then, bring a pot of water to a boil on the stovetop.

     a) Once the water is boiling, carefully add the mint leaves and reduce the heat to a simmer.

     b) Let the leaves steep for about 3 minutes, allowing the minty aroma and flavor to
         infuse into the water.

     c) Afterward, remove the pot from the heat and strain out the mint leaves.

4.  At this point, you can sweeten the tea with honey or sugar if desired. Honestly though try it first without any sweetener as it is very refreshing.

5.  Finally, pour the mint tea into cups and enjoy its refreshing taste.

6.  Now the best part sit back, relax, and savor the invigorating and soothing effects that a cup of homemade mint tea can bring.
