Prescribed by my herbalist. Yes, it is a powder, but a concentrated powder. I mix a batch with my other dried herbs and then freeze it in ice cubes for easy dosing. Definitely effective for having more energy, but not a jittery caffeinated type of energy. Just feel capable again, after being sick for a while.

I ordered 2 of these, thinking it was capsules and initially was disappointed, but the product turned out to be pretty great. Very fine powder in concentrated form. I like it very much now and recommend it!

When I ordered this, I thought it was capsules! I ordered 2 of them only to find out it was a powder in a small bottle, which is weird to me. It doesn't make sense to me to order a small bottle of powder when you could order a pound of it.
