I am taking this lion's mane powder as a part of the Buhner herbal protocol for Lyme disease and the protocol is working great. The product seems to be of good quality and the price is reasonable. Another thing I love about 1st Chinese Herbs is that they work hard to ensure low heavy metal content in their herbs. I buy my herbs here whenever possible.

quick shipping, weighted out, and after about 3 starting to notice affects. I'm at day 8 now, at about 3g a day, once in the morning, and I'm happy so far with the results and the promise of further development. Compared to other nootropics like the -racetam family, I feel crisp, sharp without straining or feeling like I'm overclocking my brain. So far I'm happy with this product.
