Giveaway Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older to enter.
Open to residents of United States, and Canada
Employees of 1st Chinese Herbs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on April 12, 2024 9:00 am and ends on May 1 2024 at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time
Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
Limit one entry per person.
Entries must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
4. Prizes:
Two winners will be chosen.
First prize is a $50 gift certificate, and second prize is a $25 gift certificate from 1st Chinese Herbs.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s discretion.
Winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of 1st Chinese Herbs.
Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Giveaway with within five (5) days following the winner selection.
1st Chinese Herbs shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [3] three days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Terms:
1st Chinese Herbs reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond 1st Chinese Herbs’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless 1st Chinese Herbs and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the giveaway and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
7. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the 1st Chinese Herbs website.
